Carbon Monoxide "hot spot" locations on road segements analyzed for the Baseline Data Report. A "hot spot" is a localized concentrations of carbon monoxide from vehicle exhaust, typically associated with idling vehicles at roadway intersections. It is often a function of vehicle idling time at roadway intersections, which is an indicator of roadway congrestion.
