This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: Cincinnati basin district : proposed redevelopment plan, City Planning Commission; Ernest Clarke architect. Covers area bounded by Colerain Ave. to Vine St., Central Ave. to W 5th St. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the Ohio South State Plane NAD 1983 coordinate system (in Feet) (Fipszone 3402).
