Summary
This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: Nova totius terrarum orbis geographica ac hydrographica tabula, autore N.I. Piscator, from the Frederik de Wit's untitled Dutch Sea Atlas. It was published by F. de Wit in 1654. Scale [ca. 1:100,000,000]. Map in Latin.The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84) coordinate system.
