This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: Rhode Island. It was published in 1898 by Geo. H. Walker & Co. Scale [ca. 1:112,000]. Covers Rhode Island and portions of Massachusetts and Connecticut. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the Rhode Island State Plane Coordinate System (Feet) (FIPS 3800).
