This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: Map of the State of Vermont. It was published ca. 1890. Scale [ca. 1:550,000]. Covers also adjacent areas of New York, Canada, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the Vermont State Plane Coordinate System (Meters) (FIPS 4400).
