Summary
This layer is a georeferenced raster image of the historic paper map entitled: Sketch of the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and parts of New Hampshire & New York exhibiting the several rail road routes completed, constructing, chartered & contemplated : published by order of the Legislature of Massachusetts, drawn by A. Kennedy ; engraved by Morse & Tuttle. It was published in 1838. Scale [ca. 1:700,000]. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the USA Contiguous Albers Equal Area Conic projection (Meters).
