Includes also street and building names and voting information. This layer is part of a selection of digitally scanned and georeferenced historic maps from the Harvard Map Collection.     Summary: The ODS maintains a database that includes detailed information about each dam for operational purposes. Most of the location information was derived from historic data and has been ground-truthed against inspection and ownership reports that are maintained by the ODS. The locations of some dams have not been confirmed.
