It was published by The Commission of Public Docks in 1921. Scale [ca. 1:21,000]. Covers also a portion of Vancouver, Washington. The image inside the map neatline is georeferenced to the surface of the earth and fit to the Oregon North State Plane NAD 1983 (in Feet) (Fipszone 3601). All map collar and inset information is also available as part of the raster image, including any inset maps, profiles, statistical tables, directories, text, illustrations, index maps, legends, or other information associated with the principal map. This map shows features such as roads, drainage, selected buildings, Commission of Public Docks properties, private shipyards and dry docks, lumber mills, railroads and street car lines, as well as shipyards and railways of Vancouver, Washington.     Summary: This layer is a georeferenced image of a plan showing a proposed monorail for San Francisco. The original plan was included in a 1952 San Francisco Public Utilities Commission report entitled 'Rapid Transit for San Francisco: Monorail, Elevated, Subway? A Report of Possibilities.' A scanned version of this map was georeferenced as part of the Imagined San Francisco project. This project traces the history of urban planning in San Francisco, placing special emphasis on unrealized schemes. Rather than using visual material simply to illustrate outcomes, Imagined San Francisco uses historical plans, maps, architectural renderings, and photographs to show what might have been. By enabling users to layer a series of urban plans, the project presents the city not only as a sequence of material changes, but also as a contingent process and a battleground for political power. Savvy institutional actors--like banks, developers, and many public officials--understood that in some cases to clearly articulate their interests would be to invite challenges. That means that textual sources like newspapers and municipal reports are limited in what they can tell researchers about the shape of political power. Urban plans, however, often speak volumes about interests and dynamics upon which textual sources remain silent. Mortgage lenders, for example, apparently thought it unwise to state that they wished to see a poor neighborhood cleared, to be replaced with a freeway onramp. Yet visual analysis of planning proposals makes that interest plain. So in the process of showing how the city might have looked, Imagined San Francisco also shows how political power actually was negotiated and exercised. San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.     Summary: Curbs and islands within the city rights-of-way. The data was develped by merging the 73 individual feature files of the Basemap into one citywide map. While the individual features files have not been updated since their development, the citywide file was updated to reflect changes along the Embarcardero corridor and along King St. Please note that the sidewalk widths (curbs) were derived from project working drawings and may not be as-builts conditions. There are plans by DPW to update the layers found in the features drawings.

    Summary: This data represent Cooperative Educational Service Agencies (CESA), Wisconsin in 2025. [Cooperative Educational Service Agencies are intermediate service agencies that provide programs, services, and resources to a region of school districts in the state of Wisconsin. This dataset was assembled using county-derived school district boundary data and school district information from the Department of Public Instruction website. Each year, there is a chance for reorganizations to take place that either transfer territory between school districts or consolidate/dissolve/create districts. These reorganizations go into effect on July 1st of each year. Sometimes reorganizations involve CESA boundaries as territory transfers between school districts located in two different CESAs. In 2020, the boundaries were updated to better reflect the boundaries of the unified and secondary school district boundary layers from which this layer is derived.
